Still no running possible due to my injury. Never thought I could be so obsessed with my ass muscles. Cycling has to be short and on low intensity so I want to dedicate some serious time to swimming, which will also help with the 4km open water race in September. So a minimum of 3 swims per week with a total minimum of 5 km in that week is the goal. Let’s see how that will improve speed and also maybe some recovery. The race in September is all about raising money for cancer research but definitely want to have an average of under 1:50/100m.
