After months of nu running because of injury I finally ran! A whopping 3.5KM so fully confident for Kona this year.. ;-). Just some walk run, mainly concentrating at running form (watched a lot of CHI running videos). Good news is that there was really no pain the next day in my back.
The kids ran along as well. They will be doing a mini triathlon this Sunday. So much more fun to run together! Especially the warm up.
